The purpose and meaning of research:The curriculum of Sports and Healthy is an important componentof China’s basic education, in the changing background environmentof social and economic, we should meet the demands of the new eraof development, and actively explore new mode.The promulgation andpromotion of "sports and healthy curriculum standard" more than10years of background, Shanghai as China’s economic, political,cultural and educational center, their level of economic andeducational development has been the representative of China’sdevelopment of the cause, course construction present situationinvestigation and physical education in primary and middle schoolsof Shanghai, is very meaningful.Not only can understand thecurrent situation of the development of sports in primary andsecondary schools in the city course, grasp the differences ofcourse construction and the middle school sports, more importantis to provide a basis and reference to further improve the can forour country primary and middle schools sports curriculum.Therefore as the research subject I choose “Study on presentphysical education curriculm situation and Developingcountermeasures of Middle-school and Primary School in Shanghai”,based on the standard of“physical education and health curriculumstandard”in primary and middle schools in Shanghai, accordingto the scale of school and needs to research of Shanghai,I selected27schools from Shanghai Yangpu District, Hongkou District, PudongNew Area, Baoshan District, contains62physical educationteachers,150students,1000junior high school students and1250high school students as the research objects.The methods of research:This paper mainly use of literature method, questionnairesurvey, expert interviews, statistics and oher methods, as thebasis of taking Shanghai Sports and health curriculum standards,through the investigation of the content of physical education inpart of the implementation effects and many factors in Shanghaiprimary and secondary school, in-depth analysis of detailedimplementations on physical education curriculum in part schoolof Shanghai,finally put forward some suggestions andcountermeasures.The main conclusions of research:1.PE curriculum objectives in the field of knowledge, teachersand students of the psychological development and socialadaptation two goals and evaluation of total target percentage wasless than30%, that the target to teachers and students on the psychological development and social attention is insufficient.2.The sports course structure and course in the degree ofimportance on the worst aspects of sports course content choice;teachers to teach in favor of traditional knowledge, the lack ofstudents’ interest, needs to consider, sports items and students’expectations for content is consistent tendency to competitivestrong, strong interest; and the extracurricular physicaltraining enthusiasm of students in extracurricular sportsactivities are higher, but the lack of diversity, need to befurther improved and perfected.3.PE curriculum evaluation school attaches great importance tothe academic comprehensive achievement and growth record combinedevaluation; physical education organization mainly by naturalclass placement, according to sports scores or placement of less.4.Physical security measures in the teachers, the school paidcertain attention; and site equipment, use of teaching aids, dueto the lack of adequate funding and school support, temporarilyunable to completely according to the number specified in thestandard setting.
