Plane Analytic Geometry is the focus of high school mathematics isdifficult, its basic content as well as the implication of its the Shuxingjiegethinking, equation thought, classified discussions mathematical thinking todevelop students’ mathematical quality plays an important role inunderstanding of studentsthe relationship between mathematics and thenatural world, a fundamental role in the understanding of the mathematics ofscientific value, analyze problems and problem-solving skills. Materialsknowledge, and plays an important role in teaching, the students build themain source of basic knowledge is the main basis of the teachers in theimplementation of education and teaching, the goals and philosophy of thecourse is teaching materials to reflect. The quality of the materials has a directimpact on the effectiveness of the curriculum reform, it not only affects theheritage of mathematical knowledge, innovation and development ofmathematical knowledge, develop students’ ability to learn mathematics, thedevelopment of intellectual and creative thinking ability will have a profoundimpact. Therefore, the in every curriculum reform, the development ofteaching materials and preparation are essential.The curriculum reform in high school mathematics textbooks, teachersteach and the students of the school have a certain influence. In view of this,combined with teaching practice, this paper, a more in-depth comparison ofthe old and new materials for high school mathematics PEP plane analyticgeometry part, trying to deepen the comprehensive understanding of the newmaterials theory, and in practice to solve the first-line teachers concernmaterials. The text is divided into four parts.The first part sets out the background to the study, research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad as well as innovation.The second part of the objectives and requirements from the concept ofcurriculum, curriculum objectives, curriculum evaluation, and plane analyticgeometry change the "Standard" and "Outline" were compared to identify thesimilarities and differences of the two.Third part of the analysis and comparison of old and new materials,compared the materials presented in changes in knowledge, presentationmaterials, examples and exercises, and other aspects of the new materialsprepared by intent, the bearer of the teaching concept has a more profoundunderstanding.The fourth part is the conclusion of the study, summarizes thecharacteristics of the new materials, and the use of new materials made somesuggestions, hoping to provide some reference for the development of China’seducation reform and high school math front-line teachers.
