This research study randomly selected 400 female primary and middle school teachers in Guangzhou to explore the relationship among the social support,achievement motivation,work-family conflict and occupation burnout,with the psychological measurement of female primary and middle school teachers.The results show that :(1)In general,the social support of female teachers is upper-middle level,among which the social support of female teachers in public schools is higher than that of private schools;the social support of married female teachers is higher than that of divorced and unmarried female teachers;the social support of female teachers in primary schools is higher than that of female teachers in high schools;the social support of female teachers over 9 years of teaching age is higher than that of female teachers under 6 years;and the social support of female teachers with college and undergraduate degrees is higher than that of female teachers with master degree.(2)On the whole,the achievement motivation of female teachers is lower and lower,among which the achievement motivation of female teachers aged 3-6 years is higher than that of female teachers aged 9 years or more.(3)On the whole,female teachers' work-family conflict and occupation burnout are middle and lower levels,while emotional fatigue and occupation apathy is middle and lower levels,but non-sense of job achievement is middle and upper levels.Among them,the non-work achievement of unmarried female teachers is higher than that of married female teachers,and the non-work achievement of young female teachers is higher than that of senior female teachers.(4)There was significant negative correlation among the female teachers' social support and work-family conflict,occupation burnout,social support and achievement motivation.(5)Achievement motivation plays an intermediary role between female teachers' social support and teachers' occupation burnout.(6)Work-family conflict regulates the relationship between female teachers' social support,teachers' occupation burnout,social support and achievement motivation.
