Research On The Characteristics Of Running Private Kindergarten

Recently,the market of pre-school education has become more competitive.Private kindergartens have to form and develop some characteristics during running kindergartens,in order to meet the needs of different societies and occupy a dominant position in the market competition.Private kindergartens become the main institution to form and develop distinctive features.Research on the construction of distinctive features for private kindergartens will help to enrich the related theory of developing garden-specific features and contribute to the sustainable development of private kindergartens.Taking D kindergarten in Kunming city as a case,the research,closely around the theme of characteristic construction in kindergarten,mainly using the literature method and investigation method,studied the whole situation about characteristic construction of D kindergarten in Kunming city from theoretical and practical aspects.This research is divided into three parts.The first part is the first chapter of the thesis which mainly explains the reason of the research,the purpose and significance of the research,the content of the research,the research methods,the review of the relevant literature and the theoretical basis of the research.The second part which includes the second and third chapters of the thesis is the focus of the research.The author mainly analyzes the characteristics of the kindergarten from two aspects: the kindergarten hardware resource and the software resource.The second chapter of the thesis introduces the development overview of case kindergarten,the characteristic type and the good aspect of characteristic construction.The third chapter of the thesis mainly analyzes the existing problems and reasons of existing the problems during characteristics construction of the case kindergarten from aspects of school conditions,education and teaching mode,teaching and research activities,teachers and kindergarten culture.The third part is the fourth and fifth chapters of the thesis.The fourth chapter puts forward to the basic strategies to enhance the running characteristics of private kindergartens,in view of the existing problems withhardware and software in the characteristic construction of running private kindergarten,combined with the theory of competitive advantage and the theory of constructing characteristic school,from the nation and society,the company and kindergarten management,the kindergarten teachers,the kids and parents these aspects.The fifth chapter summarizes the main ways and existing difficulties on the characteristics of running private kindergartens,and makes a reflection to form the characteristics of running private kindergartens.
