The equality problem of the children in the Rural migrant family has always been the hotspot and a difficulty of the social. because of difference of the social system, social status andeconomic status, this problem will be hard to implemented. In2009,the government issued《the measures for the children of floating population going to school》,which to a certainextent ensured the starting point fair of those children’s education. But in addition to thestarting point fair, education fairness also include process justice and result justice. Therefore,we should focus on the process justice and result justice. Are the children treated equally inthe process and the result of the education? Are they fell well and get fair treatment in theclass and classroom? This article attempts to discuss the problem from the process ofeducation fairness, and find the problem of education equality in the classroom of publicschool, analyze the factors that influence the equity of the trailing children education. Finally,to promote the trailing children’s education fair problem, we should consider from thefamily, school, teachers, and also the government.This study is based on the questionnaire survey and interviews survey, from the Angle ofempirical research on the children of rural migrant workers The author went into theclassroom, through to the Qingdao, Yantai region4public acceptance of trailing children bythe questionnaire survey to600students in primary school, about20trailing children andinterview investigation and local children in20, including the teacher in charge teacherinterview investigation, and combined with himself in the actual classroom observation,comparative analysis, through statistical analysis of survey data and results, summarizes thetrailing condition of children in the classroom management, explore the existing problems andthe reasons, finally put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.The article consists of five parts:The first part is the introduction of the article, which includes the selected topic origin,research significance, domestic and foreign research review, research ideas and methods;The second part is a matting of the thesis, which consists of the definitions of trailingchildren, education fairness, classroom management, classroom management fairness and soon; Second ly, the thesis analyzed the performance of education justice in the classroom of floating children; Finally, it Put forward the measures of trailing children’s education fairnessin classroom.The third part: the main4public primary school in Qingdao, Yantai area as an example,on the basis of questionnaire investigation, interview investigation and field observationtrailing children in the classroom management, this paper analyzed the realistic situation, andsummarizes its existence of education fairness, including class time and classroom spaceunfair unfair unfair, classroom interaction, classroom management and classroom evaluationunfair management unfairness in five aspects.The fourth part: analysis influence trailing children education fairness in classroommanagement factors, including the external social factors, school factors, teacher factors, fivereasons students individual difference and group differences.The fifth part: put forward promote trailing the fairness problem in children in theclassroom management countermeasures. Pointed out that promoting education fair of trailingthe children in the classroom needs to be from the family education, school teachers, thegovernment, society and so on into consideration.
