In the context of global economic development, China gradually became aware of theimportance of talents In the fierce international competition among the world. After seventimes of education reform, education reform of our country has obtained certain achievement.So in this context, and then the eighth education reform had been started. In a recent newcurriculum reform, we should be in line with the spirit of "people-oriented" basic concept,respect students’ individual character and respect the student’s own growth and development.Education should pay more attention to the students themselves, rather than blindlyexam-oriented education. In the old high school education, students’ learning style isrelatively single, the most common way is teachers teach and students learn, and rote learning,or workbook.. However, it turns out, this way of education is impossible to cultivate talentssocial needed.Teaching design is originated from industrial revolution, it was not applied until to the1960s. It has attracted more and more scholars study the field of science, Scholars accordingto difference of learning theory to teaching design development is roughly divided into threemajor stages, in accordance with the time order of behaviorism teaching design, cognitiveteaching design and the constructivist teaching design. Teaching design was introduced intoour country in about the1980’s. Prepared by Professor Wu Mina instructional design, whichis the most influential early writings. In the latest new curriculum reform, scholars putforward that the teaching design should be widely applied in the actual teaching, as the guideof the whole teaching process. Teaching design occupied an important position in the wholeteaching process, and it guides the development of the whole teaching process, so the classteaching quality depends largely on the pros and cons of teaching design. Teaching designtakes the whole teaching process and constructive, the final results of overall situation intoconsideration after teacher had read the curriculum content. Teachers will put all of theirteaching ideas into the teaching design, so if you want to do the teaching design should havegood accumulation of knowledge in various aspects, including adolescent psychology, schooleducation, course content and contemporary interpretation of the current political, socialstatus and so on.Under the new curriculum reform of the nation’s big situation, the teaching needs to make important changes. First of all should be well prepared before teaching. Teaching design playsa dominant role in the whole teaching process, the final quality depends largely on the classteaching design. Political lesson, as an important course of middle school, should also be inaccordance with the requirements of the new curriculum reform to teaching designmodification and perfect the content of the course. Re-understanding of the nature of thesecondary school curriculum, training objectives, and fundamentally change the old teachingmethods and ideas. Teaching design should fully reflect the students’ initiative, and shallguarantee the subjectivity of student status into full play. The subjectivity status of studentscan reflect in each link of the teaching process, the most important is the subjective status ofstudents in class teaching. Its main purpose is to let the student learning knowledge actively,and training various aspects ability of students in the relaxed and pleasant classroomatmosphere. This is the fully reflection of student-oriented.
