With the constant change of social demand for talents in the new era,the country has put forward higher expectations and requirements for the quality of secondary vocational students.Since the eighteenth big country attaches great importance to the secondary vocational students' ideological and political and moral education,the Ministry of Education have repeatedly secondary ideological education and moral education,vocational education teaching should adhere to the moral education in the first place,and the secondary vocational ideological and political course standard issued in 2020,professional school entered a new stage of development of ideological and political discipline.However,the current ideological and political teaching in secondary vocational schools has not got rid of the negative influence of the traditional teaching model,and the teaching-oriented teaching concept still occupies a dominant position.It is necessary to re-examine the problems existing in the current ideological and political teaching in secondary vocational school,explore the teaching ecology of ideological and political subject in secondary vocational school under the new era background,so as to adapt to the changes of the current social demand for talents,and truly achieve the purpose of building people with morality.In this context,flipped classroom has won the attention and favor of many educators with its unique teaching mode.In 2019,the ministry of education also made clear the proposal to promote flipped classroom and other information-based teaching methods in secondary vocational ideological and political courses.Successful teaching design is a necessary guarantee for the practice of flipped classroom in secondary vocational school.Based on this,this paper adopts the idea of"analysis-design-practice-reflection" to carry out the research.The first part is the introduction,by looking at the country issued a series of measures for promoting the development of the secondary vocational education policy documents and related books and literature,from the policy opportunity,era background and realistic background three aspects elaborated the research background of this article,analyzes the research significance of this article,focusing on turning the classroom teaching design and the research status at home and abroad of collection and analysis,draw inspiration and deficiency,and defining the core concepts of this article,so as to clarify the research methods and research ideas.The second part expounds the theoretical basis of ideological and political teaching design in secondary vocational school.The third part firstly analyzes the main problems existing in the secondary vocational ideological and political course from the two dimensions of students and teachers,so as to provide a practical basis for the follow-up research.Based on this,it further explores the principles of flipped classroom teaching design of secondary vocational ideological and political course,and constructs the flipped classroom teaching design model of secondary vocational ideological and political course.In the fourth part,the teaching design is combined with the specific course examples of the ideological and political courses in the secondary vocational school,and the teaching practice is carried out with the accounting major of the secondary vocational school that I taught during the internship as the research object,so that the theory and practice are organically combined.In the fifth part,through the questionnaire survey of the students participating in the teaching practice,and the in-depth interview of the teachers,the author analyzes and summarizes the practical effect of flipped classroom in the secondary vocational ideological and political class,and summarizes the teaching reflection from the practice.This study mainly draws the following conclusions:first,flipped classroom teaching design is better than traditional secondary vocational ideological and political teaching design in many aspects such as design concept,design structure,design principle learning effect,etc.Specifically,the concept of flipped classroom teaching design is more in line with the current direction of teaching reform.The design structure is more reasonable and scientific;The design principle pays more attention to the cultivation of students' non-intelligence factors.The teaching effect is more in line with the demand of The Times for the quality of talents.Second,the implementation of flipped classroom can improve the current situation of ideological and political teaching in secondary vocational schools.For students,it can improve indifference and rebellion psychology,increase their interest in ideological and political subjects,increase their participation in class,improve teaching quality and help students improve their comprehensive ability.For teachers,flipped classroom can continuously promote teachers to improve their professional ability and help them to change the problems of outdated teaching concepts,single teaching design and lack of teaching art.3 it is to turn the classroom teaching design and practice,but should also fully consider the teaching place,seat structure,students have come to rely too much on,class a "hot",takes an exam the mind-set,such as resistance factor,to transform the teaching organization form,change students seat pattern,strengthen the supervision and management,timely adjustment of classroom teaching rhythm,rich teaching design,teaching evaluation and other methods.
