In this study:first,we carried psychological health condition on five-year junior collegein teaching students;and then to take the form of group psychological counseling for thestudents who troubled interpersonal relationship. The target of the investigation,on the onehand is to understan the Five-year students’ psychological health,which will be better theirpsychological health education;On the other hand is to make a beneficial attempt to solve theinterpersonal relationships of college students; Finally for the school education andcurriculum setting provides the theory basis, thus improve the five-year college students’psychological health level.Research, we selected the381five-year junior normal laiyang normal students as subjects,selects the SCL-90symptoms self evaluation scale, carried the widespread investigation ontheir mental health, and then analysis the probability of problems in SCL-90s’ ninefactor.the results show that:1Five-year junior normal students’ mental health are different degree of developmentalproblems, especially in interpersonal relationship sensitivity, the respect such as force,hostility, sensitive interpersonal relationship issues appear relatively high rate (4.2%).2Five-year junior normal students’ there are some problems in normal students’interpersonal communication ability, the reason mainly has two aspects: internal factors(gender, self-esteem, self-concept, self defense way, etc.); External cause (social support,education, life events, etc.).3Five-year junior normal students’ psychological health level is obviously lower than thegeneral population, and in force, interpersonal sensitivity, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia,psychosis, etc on the seven factors had significant difference (P <0.01),4Compared with national college students crowd, five-year junior college of normalstudent’s psychological health level is relatively high, the somatization, force, interpersonalsensitivity, anxiety, hostility, terror, paranoia, psychosis factors had significant difference (P <0.01).Study two, carried the group counseling intervention study, examines the recognition andreceived degrees of this form of group psychological guidance in universities、grouppsychological counseling on the five-year junior college of normal students’ interpersonal skills、five-year junior normal group counseling to improve students’ mental health level.Subjects were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimentalcarry on group students with group psychological counselling, the control group of studentsare not doing any intervention, use interpersonal diagnosis scale of two groups to carry out thetest before and after the test. Application spss17.0software for statistical analysis, usingmainly by single factor T test and paired sample T test. The results are as follows:1This form group psychological guidance for students of five-year junior normalacceptable,95%of participants said if later have the opportunity to or willing to once againparticipate in the group guidance.2group counseling can effectively improve the five-year college interpersonal skills ofnormal students, on the study of the two intervention research in quantitative analysis, theexperimental group and control group after the experiment, in the aspect of interpersonalcommunication have significant difference (p <0.01).3group psychological guidance can effectively improve the five-year junior collegeteachers’ students in mental health in some extent. In analysis of the material, there are91%students think that group psychological guidance to some extent improve the level of theirmental health.
