Study On Applied Talents Training Of Zhongyuan Technology University

With the rapid development of economy in our country, society for personnel training requirements improves continuously. Higher education needs to satisfy the requirements of elite education, at the same time, it also need to cultivate a large number of high quality applied talents to meet the needs of the community.The popularization of higher education is an inevitable trend. In such a situation, as the main body of the applied talents training, Local universities and colleges of undergraduate course, its personnel training should also keep up with the times and meet the social demand. But in actual conditions, the personnel training quality situation of local undergraduate colleges course is more awkward, the students’ theoretical level and the research ability are inferior to the first-class key colleges and universities, and the practical ability is inferior to the higher vocational and technical colleges. Therefore, local universities and colleges should position their undergraduate courses on the basis of training applied talents, by combining with the school’s own development situation. Also they should pay attention to the revolution of the training scheme, curriculum system, teaching methods and other factors. So the establishment of talents training mode conforms to school own localization and the development direction is a matter of urgency.This article discusses and studies practical problems which exists in the process of applied talents training of Zhongyuan University of Technology, and analyzes the common problems of our local colleges and universities in running a school based on the field surveys and other information on schools, and puts forward the corresponding development and reform strategy combined with the actual school situation of Zhongyuan University of Technology, and Proposes the practical and feasible solutions for other colleges and universities aiming at the common problems encountered in the process of running the school, to promote the development of higher education in China.
