Physical education resources is to point to to realize the goal ofphysical education in human resources, material resources andfinancial resources, information resources elements combined. Thisstudy aims to solve the problem of rural middle and primary schoolsports education the allocation of resources, to promote thedevelopment of rural school sports fair in China, enhance theconstitution has the vital significance of rural primary and middleschool students.This study focus on the northwestern Shanxi area of rural primaryand secondary schools in Shanxi Province as the research object,mainly through the literature data method, questionnaire surveymethod, interview method, mathematical statistics researchmethods, such as, to the region in the form of questionnaire andinterview92northwestern shanxi rural middle and primary schoolsports manager were investigated, and the physical educationteachers Using descriptive statistics, contingency analysis methodon the data analysis and processing. Research results show that: theschool physical education teachers’ configuration, mostly malephysical education teachers, most of teachers education has reached the state education standards, professional physicalteachers still has shortage. From the teacher’s teaching and researchactivities, most schools do not regularly carry out or not to carry outteaching and research activities; school sports resourcesconfiguration, main source of funding for national educationexpenditure, social, corporate donations, the majority of schoolsports funding is less; school sports information resources allocation,the school sports books with few resources, most schools have beenequipped with computer multimedia teaching equipment, but as aman with the computer is less; school sports resources allocation,the majority of school sports venues area to the Shanxi provincesports venues area standard, sports equipment number basically isfar lower than the "national school sports health pilot basic standard".Compared with the physical education resources city school, thereare significant differences in the area of school physical educationresources.On this basis, for the physical education in primary and secondaryschools in rural areas the rational allocation of resources, in view ofthe existing problems, this study proposes a few suggestions: one isto increase the input of government funds, improve the rural sportsresources allocation; two is to change the traditional concept ofschool leadership, attention to physical subjects of sustainabledevelopment; three is to strengthen the team construction of sportsteachers, sports teachers to enhance personal accomplishment; thefour is to improve the supervision mechanism of sports resources,ensure the balanced development of physical education.
