Compulsory education in the national unity of all school-age children, theeducation must be received by juvenile, public welfare of the country must beprotected. Shanxi Province as an underdeveloped province, the development ofeducation, especially the development of compulsory education in rural areas isrelatively backward. In view of this, the literature data, statistical data and survey databased on compulsory education, public property, the main line of the relevantprovisions from the new "Compulsory Education Law", through surveys andinterviews, issued a total of260questionnaires, and231copies of valid questionnaireswere received, the resulting data and information for statistical analysis, concluded:Rural compulsory education, there is a certain problem, one of the more serious andfar away from the relevant provisions of the "Compulsory Education Law" is thestudents enrolling problems, rural students stealth dropout problem and funding forrural compulsory education of rural children left behind; On this basis, this study isbased on the "Compulsory Education Law" and the related policies and regulations,analyze the rural compulsory education management system, financial system and thenational policy on in-depth; Finally, starting from the actual situation of theinvestigation, the combination of Shanxi Province situation in the province, proposedto promote the development of the legal system of the development of ruralcompulsory education and improve compulsory education in rural areas, theestablishment of the government, society, schools, the family of four in onemanagement system, integration of rural compulsory education resources to improvethe operating efficiency of countermeasures, so as to promote the development ofrural compulsory education.
