At present,with the new revolution of intelligent technology,the continuous updating of technology and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises put forward new requirements for the comprehensive professional quality of social personnel,including theoretical knowledge,practical technology,professional attitude,etc.In the current whole education and teaching activities,teachers follow the guidance of action oriented teaching concept,which is career oriented and student-centered.Action oriented teaching mode advocates the teaching mode of student-centered and teacher centered.Therefore,the action oriented teaching method conforms to the educational idea and talent training goal of secondary vocational and technical schools to a large extent.From the end of 1990 s to now,action oriented teaching method has been widely used in secondary vocational school education and teaching in our country,and a lot of teaching experience has been accumulated.However,there are still some teaching problems in the aspects of action oriented resources,students and teaching.This standard combines the practical teaching in a local vocational school in Guizhou Province as an investigation process,develops and cultivates the comprehensive professional quality of students and pays attention to the integrity of teaching activities based on the action oriented teaching method.In the teaching practice,it takes the theory of multiple intelligences,the theory of constructivism and the theory of humanism as the guidance to find the teachers in the field Lack of learning methods.Then,it puts forward the organization and design of action-oriented teaching method in the teaching of marketing in secondary vocational school,and then carries out investigation and collection of several teaching cases.Combining with case analysis,it finds and analyzes problems from case teaching,so as to give suggestions and suggestions for the reform of action-oriented teaching method in secondary vocational education and teaching.
