School-enterprise cooperation is the primary way of cultivating high-skilled talents in secondary vocational schools,which is related to talent pool,enterprise construction and economic development in the whole region.Although most vocational schools in Shenyang have already carried out the related projects of school-enterprise cooperation,there are still many problems,which lead to the poor running and ineffective mode.Therefore,this paper chooses the research on the mode of cooperation between schools and enterprises in Shenyang vocational education,analyzes the existing problems and causes of the school-enterprise cooperation mode systematically,and puts forward some feasible and feasible suggestions.Based on the current situation of Shenyang’s economic development and the development of secondary vocational education,this paper analyzes the main problems of the school-enterprise cooperation model of Shenyang secondary vocational education from the actual situation of the secondary vocational school-enterprise cooperation model in Shenyang.The related policies and systems are not in place.Secondary vocational schools carry out school-enterprise cooperation programs as a mere formality,and the related cooperative enterprises are not motivated to participate in school-enterprise cooperation,and the interaction mechanism between schools and enterprises is ineffective.The causes of the problems are:the government policies and regulations and management mechanism to promote school-enterprise cooperation is not perfect,the secondary vocational schools to adapt to the needs of industry and enterprises is not strong,cooperative enterprises to school-enterprise cooperation is not strong,school-enterprise information exchange is not smooth,The degree of interaction is not deep,has not yet established a perfect school-enterprise cooperation evaluation and monitoring system.On the basis of the above,this paper puts forward that the following methods can be used to optimize the school-enterprise cooperation in Shenyang vocational education:Firstly,the government should establish a perfect cooperation policy and system guarantee;The second is to carry out the school-enterprise cooperation projects;Third,enterprises need to strengthen the school-enterprise cooperation projects to participate in the initiative;Fourth,to strengthen the interaction between the school and enterprise;Fifth,the establishment of school-enterprise cooperation evaluation and monitoring system.The innovation of this paper is as follows:First,the case study method of secondary vocational school-enterprise cooperation practical significance.Based on the case analysis of the current situation of the school-enterprise cooperation mode in Shenyang vocational schools,the suggestions put forward are more operable.Second,combined with the actual situation of vocational education in Shenyang City,innovative cooperation between schools and enterprises operating mode.In this paper,Shenyang City,considering the policy environment and economic environment,the proposed model for school-enterprise cooperation in Shenyang to run the optimization program.The third is to put forward the establishment of information disclosure of secondary vocational school-enterprise cooperation information management platform,the school-enterprise cooperation in Shenyang is still in point-to-point mode,the establishment of integrated,efficient and open the school-enterprise cooperation information management platform,schools and enterprises to share students Of the learning process and management process,the Government can participate in control,the public can be supervised.The results of this paper are based on the combing of the school-enterprise cooperation mode of Shenyang secondary vocational education,and then find out the problems,so as to enrich the relevant theory and provide effective reference for the secondary vocational school-enterprise cooperation model optimization,Education development to provide a strong guarantee;and then improve the technological level of human capacity in Shenyang,the level of economic development for the regional escort.
