As the competition in market intensifies, more and more organizations realize that employees are fundamental competitive resources, and the introduction of High performance work systems could help organizations improve business performance. As non-profit groups, student organizations also operate high-performance work systems composed by a variety of human resources practice activities in the daily operations, which may help organizations increase performance output and expand the influence of them. This paper investigated from63student organizations and663students, with the organization internal satisfaction and subjective performance as evaluation criteria. An empirical study on the composition of student organizations high performance work systems and the relationship of organizational performance is carried out with the statistical methods includes factor analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The conclusions as follow:1. Student organizations high performance work system contains three factors:systematic training, fair promotion and effective recruitment; the high-performance work systems composed by these three factors contribute to the cumulative rate of71.535%, means that the model of the three-factor high performance work system can interpret characteristics of the data sample properly.2. There is a positive correlation between high performance work systems in the student organization composed by three factors and internal member satisfaction and subjective performance. Regression coefficient rate reaches0.793and0.928, and were significant above the0.001level. The fair promotion plays a more pronounced positive effect compared to the systematic training and effective recruitment on the satisfaction and subjective performance improvement.3. Perceived organizational support is the partial mediate variable in the relationship between the internal member satisfaction, subjective performance and high performance work systems. There in perceived organizational support plays a complete mediate role between the systematic training and internal member satisfaction.Finally, based on the empirical analysis and combined with the actual situation of the student organizations, some advices are proposed on how to build high performance work systems reasonably in the student organization and pointed out the shortages of research.
