Junior high school ideological and moral lesson is the main channel and position ofIdeological and political education of the students, to strengthen the teaching research of themoral lesson for improving the teaching effect of the ideological and moral education,cultivating qualified citizens has important theoretical and practical significance. Due tohistorical and practical reasons, ideological and moral teaching has always been amisunderstanding: attach importance to theoretical teaching and ignore the students’ moralpracticing and teaching effectiveness. The test score of students and morality is out of line.Therefore, to strengthen the practice teaching, the combination of theoretical teaching andpractical teaching, are of great significance to improve the students’ Ideological and moralstandards.This paper is divided into three parts.The first part discusses the necessity of practice of ideological and moral teaching. Startingfrom the definition of concept of Junior middle school Ideological and moral practice teaching,expounded the basis of theoretical and policy.Practice teaching is not only to inherit practiceteaching thought of traditional moral education theory,but also practices the requirements of theMarx doctrine philosophy.The view of constructivism and the new knowledge providestheoretical support for the theory. Strengthening practical teaching is determined by the natureof the course of Ideological and moral education, in accordance with the law and therequirements of the new curriculum reform,which is very necessary for the cultivation ofqualified citizens who adapt to social development.The second part, at the first, the paper analyses the main problems of the Ideological andmoral practice teaching.It mainly has: teachers do not pay attention to the practice teaching,onlyattach importance to the training of knowledge and skills but ignore the emotion,attitude andvalues; practice teaching concept is out of date,single teaching mode, which resulting in theeffectiveness is low and lost its original meaning. Then it analyses the root of these problems.Firstly, the teachers’ concepts such as the concepts of teachers, teaching and students influencethe practice teaching launching. Followed by the impact of the environment, exam baton role persists, the fraction evaluation causes the teachers and students focuses on the knowledge.Inaddition,the lack of development and utilization of curriculum resources also affected thepractice teaching.The third part,the paper presents the strategies of strengthening and improving the practiceteaching.Practice teaching must follow certain principles, including the subjectivityprinciples,openness principles, development principles and targeted principles.Focuses onstrategies of practice teaching.First, teachers must update the concepts of education.Only toestablish a correct view of teacher,teaching,students’ concepts,emphasis practice teachingfundamentally,will it be possible to implement the practice teaching. Second, teachers shouldimprove the professional ethics and professional theoretical attainments, improve the ability tomange practice teaching.Third,to reform the system of teacher evaluation and studentsevaluation,establish the evaluation system of student development and professional growth ofteachers.Fourth,to develop the curriculum resources for practice teaching.Fifth,to adoptflexible and diverse forms of practice teaching,such as social investigation,visit, participate inpublic welfare activities,class discussions,debates,simulation practice activities,listening tothe report,see the topic piece etc. Finally, to actively seek the support of various departmentsof the school.
