In recent years, higher vocational colleges teaching effectiveness problems becomeincreasingly concerned scholars of a hot issue. With a large demand for high quality skilledtalents, higher vocational colleges got unprecedented development. Has higher vocationalcolleges and other colleges have different characteristics, if the teaching quality is the vitality ofordinary university, so, skills training, teaching quality is the vitality of higher vocationalcolleges. However, through the survey found that the teaching of skills training in highervocational colleges is a cause for concern, part of the teachers’ teaching behavior appear"invalid","low", or even "negative effect" phenomenon, lead to part of the higher vocationalstudents is difficult to competent for jobs after graduation requirements. Therefore, highervocational colleges must be combined with its own characteristics, to explore effective teachingskills training strategy, cultivate high-quality skilled personnel to satisfy the needs of the actualwork.This paper is divided into five parts: the first part mainly expounds the research background,research significance, literature review and research methods; The second part analyzes theconnotation of higher vocational colleges teaching effectiveness, characteristics and theoreticalbasis; The third part analyzes the factors influencing skills training in higher vocational collegesteaching effectiveness; The fourth part the author selected the Dong guan vocational andtechnical college as an example, the effectiveness of skills training in higher vocational collegesteaching case analysis, through the statistical analysis of survey results, draw with universalsignificance; The fifth part from the university-enterprise cooperation teaching, stimulatestudents learning motivation and interests, organization and implementation of skills training inhigher vocational colleges teaching, skills training in higher vocational colleges teaching the fouraspects of evaluation, put forward to improve the effectiveness of the strategy skills training inhigher vocational colleges teaching. Teaching both sides to mutual understanding betweenteachers and students in order to achieve harmony of teaching, student development, teachersunceasingly enterprising, realize the purpose of improving the effectiveness of teaching skillstraining in higher vocational colleges and universities, and provide reference for highervocational colleges.This paper discusses the improving the effectiveness of skills training in higher vocational colleges teaching and related issues, to some extent, enrich the theory of improving theeffectiveness of teaching in higher vocational colleges, teaching skills training in highervocational colleges has certain practice guidance, this paper studies has certain theoretical andpractical significance.
