A Study On The Effectiveness Of Skill Training Teaching In Higher Vocational College

In recent years, higher vocational colleges teaching effectiveness problems becomeincreasingly concerned scholars of a hot issue. With a large demand for high quality skilledtalents, higher vocational colleges got unprecedented development. Has higher vocationalcolleges and other colleges have different characteristics, if the teaching quality is the vitality ofordinary university, so, skills training, teaching quality is the vitality of higher vocationalcolleges. However, through the survey found that the teaching of skills training in highervocational colleges is a cause for concern, part of the teachers’ teaching behavior appear"invalid","low", or even "negative effect" phenomenon, lead to part of the higher vocationalstudents is difficult to competent for jobs after graduation requirements.
