The industry of training people in different skills is a high degree of internationalization of the industry is a sunrise industry in China. The market is highly specialized areas of this marketing is a very special environment, has become a very special marketing. China’s training school industry has just gone through the process of the market two decades, while accepting the pressure of competition, are constantly and policy, legal gambling, the training school market has become a dominant characteristic of Chinese training market landscape. With the aging of China, urbanization and upgrading of consumption, continued growth in this training school market.It is reported that the amount of money that people spent on English training in2012was nearly15billion. The big market stimulates the fast increasing of different kinds of training schools. And B training school has introduced book H and will design a fine plan for the English training.The key point of English training is how to attract people-mainly students of different ages. And train them in specific skills with fine management, environment, equipment and teaching staff.
