English is the most widely used language in the world.With the deepening of China's reform and opening and the acceleration of global economic integration,the demand for high quality English talents in China is increasing day by day.As a capital city,Harbin has rich resources in education.English training market has a broad market prospects.However,as a small and medium-sized English training institution which has a great teaching ability,there are a few people know about Conan's English Tutorial in Harbin education market.The research of this paper is mainly aimed at the marketing strategy of Conan's English Tutorial in Harbin.The research mainly analyzes the macroscopic market environment and the microscopic market environment of the English training institutions of Harbin.In the analysis of the macroscopic environment,the PEST analysis is used to analyze the macroscopic policy and the social environment of Harbin.The microcosmic aspects of the Harbin English training industry include the analysis of the microcosmic environment of the customers,competitors,unfair competition and the analysis of the enterprise itself.This article uses the consumer behavior to analyze the customer in the heart and analyzes how the education institutions utilize the customer consumption psychology in marketing.This paper uses the method of SWOT to analyze their own problems and analyses the enterprise in the market advantage,disadvantage,opportunities and threats.At last,according to the results of the analysis,it puts forward a corresponding suggestion and improved methods for the marketing strategies of Conan's English Tutorial in Harbin.The innovation of this paper is to provide a cooperation between educational institutions and communities,which provides a new marketing idea for educational institutions.
