Goal Setting Theory Application In Sports College Football Teaching

Well-known sports education professional development closely around school education goals and the needs of the society unceasingly to reform and perfect. In sports education reform nowadays, people has carried on the further research of the teaching system, teaching methods for the improvement of keeping pace with The Times, the student is the main body of teaching, only play the subjective initiative of students, teachers’teaching and students’learning to get the best results. The validity of the study of goal setting theory, goal setting can stimulate students’potential, give full play to the subjective initiative of students. Football, with its own charm and characteristics, to attract numerous sports colleges and students’learning. Now sports colleges and universities teaching in the common course for the football goal setting is not clear, too single teaching methods and teaching means, improve the quality of football teaching in the common course, become a problem urgently needs to solve. And research application in football class goal setting theory is combined with the rule and characteristics of football sports, through the effective goal setting to stimulate students’active learning, give full play to students’subjective initiative, deepen students understanding of learning technology and application, also can timely feedback teaching effect, the professor of teacher and student learning link connected to help students find the right target positioning in football class in order to better implement football lesson teaching target.This article through the literature material method of goal setting theory is reviewed research, through the teaching experiment method for goal setting teaching and compares the ordinary teaching, research, goal setting can improve students’ attention in class, improve students’ ability of autonomous learning, the learning attitude, strengthen the student’s own effort, so as to improve the teaching effect.
