Alienation is when the individual senses of with the world,people or themselves setranged the negative feelings,it has a negative impact on people’s psychology development. With the development of society,the relationship between teachers and students has been a subtle change in nowday’s education activities.Many factors can affect the relationship between teachers and students,such as teacher’s teaching styles,teacher’s work values.Good teacher-student relationships,lower alination from teacher is conductive to improve academic achievement and to the development of mental health.Teacher-student relationship is one of the students’ interpersonal relationships,it affects students’ cognitive,feelings,health and behavior through many forms.Many researchs are on alienation and teacher-student Relationship,but there are few reaearchs on the teacher-student relationship from the perspect of the alienation from teacher.So from the perspect of the alienation from teacher,the research use the method of questionnaires,qualitative and quantitative reaearch,exploratory and verification,and then discuss the relationship between alienation from teacher and teacher’s teaching styles in theoretical and empirical level.The study includes four partsr:the structure of the alienation from teacher and it’s measurement tools,charateristics analysis of the alienation from teacher,the teacher’s teaching styles questionnaire adapted and characteristic analysis,the relationships between alienation from teacher and teacher’s teaching styles.In general, the results of this study are as follows:1.Alienation from teacher of middle-school student have multi-dimensional structure, which constitutes of four main parts including meaninglessness, strangeness,powerlessness and escapment. The edited Alienation from teacher of middle-school scale possess good index of psychometrics and is befitting to the measurement instrument to measure rural left-behind children.Alienation from teacher of middle-school student is relatively low,the mean of alienation from teacher and It’s various dimensions is less than the mean three.from large to small in turn:strangeness,escapement,powerlessness,meanlessness.2.Alienation from teacher has significant difference in personality characteristics:boys’ alienation from teacher and powerlessness is significantly higher than girls’ Junior midddle school students’ alienation from teacher and various dimensions are significantly than the other grades’ students, Sophomore’s meanlessness is significantly higher than the other grades’ student.Differences in other variables:the city students’ strangeness and escapment is significantly lower than the rural student’s;the Henan student’s alienation and various dimensions is significantly higher than the Guangzhou and Chongqing student;the students’ alienation from teacher,strangeness,escapment for math teacher is significantly higher than for Chinese and English teacher.3.Different subjeces’ teachers of teaching styles are distinctive,mathematic teachers tend to be more consertive,English teachers tend to be more local.4.Five factors of teachers’ teaching styles,legislative,local,radical teaching styles have significant negative correlation and alienation from teacher,which legislative and radical play an important role.Five factors of teachers’ teaching styles are predictors of meanlessness and powerlessness;legislative,radical,conservative and executive teaching styles are predictors of escapment;legislative,local,radical and executive teaching styles are predictors of strangeness.
