Cultural basic courses in secondary school have always been an important part of vocational education course system in china. In the newly revised " cultural basic course in secondary vocational education teaching syllabus" in2008, it is explicitly required that Chinese language, mathematics, English, physical education and health, computer applications, physical, chemical, and other basic courses are set up in secondary vocational schools. The cultural foundation courses as "statutory curriculums" are set up in secondary vocational schools inevitably with certain value tendency. Researching into value structure of culture foundation curriculum in secondary vocational schools is created in the reality and theory environment. Reflection method is used to improve the cultural basic course positioning confusion and to solve the implementation. At the theoretical level, the study of re-examining value of the courses meet the needs of today’s curriculum theory researching trend, and improve the medium occupation school culture curriculum theory system.Comprehensive and systematic study of the value of the structure of cultural foundation courses in secondary vocational school is investigated through the method of literature analysis, logical analysis and surveying research. Finally, the conclusion of the study is the theory framework of value formation of the cultural basic course. Then analyze the properties of this structure. Based on the above, this article mainly focus on this four issues:(1) why build it?(2) How to build it?(3) To build what kind of structure?(4) What is the structural characteristic?Firstly, it is necessary to carry out a rational analysis of cultural basic course in secondary vocational school. There are three aspects in this analysis. They are the necessity analysis, analysis of the basic problems and the implementation status. It is finally to solve the problem of "Why build a value structure of culture foundation courses in secondary vocational school".Secondly, after solving the prerequisite question, I analyze sources of culture curriculum value in secondary vocational school according to principle of value philosophy. These sources mainly includes:The needs of the students is the source of the purpose of the building premise. The need of social is the power of study and knowledge is the most fundamental source of this value. More importantly, this part mainly analyzes one by one the various factors of value. This article tries to establish the structure of value through the analysis of the value of the subject and the subject needs, object and the object function property.Thirdly, through the analysis of the factors of this value structure, this research has formed the value framework of cultural basic course in secondary occupation school. Specifically, it is divided into the internal structure and external structure.The internal structure is that the cultural basic course as an object met the needs of the students and the community which is as a subject. The external structure is based on the various provisions of the specific characteristics of value. These characteristics are conscious, dynamic, standard, regulation, development and innovation.Finally, the most obvious structural characteristic in the system of cultural foundation courses value structure in secondary vocational schools is the dynamic. It contains the internal dynamics and external dynamic. In the external, it behaves as a circulating dynamic ring. This dynamic ring is from the social mainstream value flowing to the course designer, and then to the curriculum implementation, curriculum practice, and at last from the curriculum practitioners back to the mainstream value of the society.
