The school management is a systematic engineering, including theconfiguration using of human resources, financial resources, materialsresources. Also including education, teaching and coordination monitor ofother work link. As teachers are the subject of the educational teachingactivities, whose psychological health level has a direct and comprehensiveinfluences on the teaching activities. Therefore, the teachers’ psychologicalhealth is particularly important to the school management. From thestandpoint of the school manager, they have far from been able to push theteaching enthusiasm of the teachers’ to the active and healthy ones only bythe functions of the guiding and standard control factors, which appears thesingle form of the rules, so it is a very important subject to be settledurgently to promote school management by the psychological health levelof the teachers’.With the depth of the farther reform of the education, teachers’professional steps increase rapidly, which has also brought a huge impact tothe teachers’ psychology. The author of this paper has taught for many years,and has accumulated much teaching experience from being an frontlineteacher to management cadre. The author has thought and analyzed deeplythe effect and promoting functions of primary school teachers’ psychological health condition to the school management work. The primaryschool teachers work very hard, who has much pressure and responsibilities,and parents the school and the society have high expectation to the primaryschool teachers, especially advocating quality education today, with therapid development of economic and various concept and thoughts impactingthe modern society, primary school teachers have been confused much.However, because the primary school teachers’ salary is relatively low andwelfare is very bad, which causes imbalance of teachers’ mentality. Some ofthe primary school teachers are weak at ideal and faith and lack of sense ofresponsibilities and devotion to duty. Some of them lack of enterprise,considering the teaching job as a passive task to complete. During the work,they lack of the initiative and enterprising spirit. The paper follows theexample of NO.6middle school in Dongsheng in Erdos, according to theSCL—90survey, there exist many problems about the psychological healthsurvey for the primary school teachers in Erdos. That means theirpsychological health level is lower than that of the country. From the furtheranalyzing the detailed symptoms, there are ten high scored symptoms inwhich the top3are that Obsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD),Somatizations, and Depression. It is worthwhile to note thatObsessive-compulsive disorder(OCD) scored the highest and OCD isobviously higher than the second one——Somatizations, which reflectsthat the whole teacher team have a strong OCD trends. So how to improve school management level and efficient byimproving the psychological health level of teachers better is becoming animportant subject of the research to the author.The author will aim at improving school management level andefficient by mainly promoting p he psychological health level of the primaryschool teachers’ and construct the system of the school psychologicalsupport by many measures, such as constructing the educational mechanismof the psychological health, updating management ideal, promotingteachers’ psychological health and improving the teachers’ psychologicalself-help ability. Eventually, we can realize the efficient and high levelof the school management.The paper uses the literature study method, questioning surveymethod and interview method to the research.
