At present, our country is during the period of social development,many kinds of factor, such as Economy, politics; culture and so on are inthe development and updating. So the society put forward higher requestto the talent. In order to adapt to the needs of society and face to all kindsof challenges and difficulties better, we should set up self-managementconsciousness, improving and perfecting the self-management ability atthe same time, In order to meet the needs of self-actualization. Juniormiddle school students are in the critical period of students’ growth,Inthe period of the formation of world outlook, the outlook on life andvalues has important influence to the students’ growth,So, the cultivationof students’ self-management ability in this period has an important rolein students’ future growth.This article for problems in the traditional class management,raised the mode of self-management, this paper expounds theconnotation of class self-management of middle school students, andpoints out the significance to the student, school, society and newcurriculum reform. We have carried on the massive literature research andpractical investigation about middle school students’ self-managementand put forward the targeted solution strategy: First of all, the family should change the management ideas, cultivate children live independentmanagement ability; Secondly, all the students take part in management,training students independent management ability; Once again, clearlearning goals for middle school students, arouse the enthusiasm ofautonomous learning; Finally, participate in social activities actively, andguide students to explore independently management methods. Comparedwith the existing research results, this paper from a new perspective toquestion and solve problems, and points out develop and enhancestudents’ self-management ability needs the efforts of family management,class management, learning management achieve together, which makeup the shortcomings of incomprehensive and operational in existingresearch on middle school students’ self-managementstrategies.Therefore, this article has certain innovative and practicalguidance.
