In recent years, the curriculum reform get further development in ourcountry, with the sound of modern education teaching system, school-basedteaching materials was also seen as important resources. In order to meet theneeds of the students information literacy training, in our countrypromulgated the national primary and middle school information technologycurriculum guidelines (trial)"emphasizes the primary and secondary schoolsin the task information courses:" ask students to focus on the developmentand application of information technology, the applications of informationtechnology basic knowledge and skills to daily study and life, give full playto the role of information technology in everyday life and science andtechnology;". Developing information technology curriculum target sourceis information technology curriculum standard, it is to write teachingmaterials, teaching and evaluation, a powerful reason to test, specification ofinformation technology course, according to the curriculum standard written"teaching material", is on course for the first time development, is one of theimportant resources for teachers’ teaching and the teaching design; At thesame time, the teaching material and students important learning materials,it is an effective way of students to acquire knowledge. Analytical coursestandard, therefore, analysis of teaching material, develop teaching materialwriting ideas, and to the optimization of textbook content reorganization,will make the teaching materials in the practical application of teachingmore scientific and practical. The author chose the Inner Mongolia normaluniversity affiliated middle school of high school information technologycurriculum, using teaching design method, the method of literature research,investigation, interview and so on, in high school information technologyeducation elective module "multimedia technology application modules forthe system of teaching design. The main content of the thesis has five parts:the first part is introduction, mainly analyzes the school-based teaching material of the status quo at home and abroad, raises the necessity ofschool-based teaching materials construction under the education reform;The second part is related to the basic concept and theoretical basis, mainlyintroduces the school-based teaching materials, teaching design, curriculumdesign, textbook writing, etc; The third part is the introduction of InnerMongolia normal university affiliated middle school information technologyschool-based teaching material design concept; The fourth part is by usingthe theory of curriculum teaching design to guide the overall framework ofschool-based teaching materials design; The fifth part is the multimediatechnology school-based teaching material evaluation and summary.
