Science and technology literacy is a combination of science literacy and technology literacy.It is the sum of science and technology knowledge,skills and thinking ability that people must have in a certain era and social background.It is the basic ability of people to adapt to modern society.At the moment of strengthening the construction of our country's talent team,carrying out quality education for middle school students and the rapid development of education informatization,it is of great practical significance to organize and carry out science and technology education activities and improve students' science and technology literacy.Therefore,based on the current research status of relevant research,this article from the perspective of science and technology literacy,based on constructivism,humanism and results-oriented theory,combined with the relevant subject characteristics of high school information technology courses,carried out based on science and technology literacy Teaching research of high school information technology courses.Through research methods such as literature research methods,educational survey methods,and experimental research methods,the current status of high school science and technology literacy education was investigated accordingly,and a high school information technology curriculum teaching model based on information technology science and technology literacy was constructed and organized.Carried out related teaching experiments,to a certain extent,enriched the relevant theoretical and practical research of scientific and technological literacy education.This article is structurally divided into four parts.The first part is the analysis of science and technology literacy,mainly from the relevant research background,detailed discussion of the purpose,significance and theoretical basis of research and technology literacy,and the corresponding definition of the connotation of science and technology literacy for the follow-up Research provides a theoretical basis.The second part is the research on science and technology literacy of high school students,mainly through questionnaire survey,the city of the author's city-Tianjin,based on high school students science and technology literacy education related investigation and research.At the same time,through the statistics of the survey results,it summarizes the related problems that have occurred in the scientific and technological literacy education in the current high school stage,which provides corresponding enlightenment for the subsequent research.The third part is the design of the teaching model and practical research.Based on the relevant investigation and research,combined with the main features of the high school information technology curriculum,a teaching model of the high school information technology curriculum based on information technology literacy is constructed.This carried out the corresponding teaching design and teaching experiment.It can be obtained through experiments that the teaching model of high school information technology courses based on information technology literacy is conducive to the development of students 'scientific literacy and the development of teachers' teaching work.Finally,on the basis of the first three parts,this article draws the following research conclusions and recommendations:(1)The development of scientific and technological literacy needs to be combined with actual teaching.(2)The development of science and technology literacy needs to be combined with the characteristics of the discipline.(3)The development of scientific and technological literacy needs to respect the independent inquiry of students.(4)Carrying out project-based learning is conducive to developing students' scientific and technological literacy.(5)The teaching model based on scientific and technological literacy provides favorable conditions for teachers to develop learners' scientific and technological literacy.
