With the development of basic education curriculum reform,school-based curriculum development for basic education curriculum has become an important part. Although there are several versions of information technology materials, but none of them is suitable for primary students. So, with the guide of the constructivist learning theory and curriculum theory, I choose this topic.This topic based on Shanghai Jin Ying Primary School, carried out with Primary School-based Curriculum Development of information technology disciplines as the basis. From the actual situation of the school, we carried out a series of inquiry on how to develop school-based teaching materials. This article described the materials development process from the following aspects:The theory of school-based curriculum development of primary information technology, include the constructivist learning theory, multiple intelligence theory, Jeseph Schwab's "Practice Course Mode " and Lawrence Stenhouse's "Process model " theory. The building progress, include curriculum's construction philosophy and objectives, content system and structure. The curriculum's cases, implementation plan and evaluation are included.With the research and practice of this topic, we completed the first grade's Materials Design. I will summary a system of development process of Information technology-based curriculum, and hope to help other schools.
