In the new curriculum reform, the most important goal always is toimprove the students scientific literacy. In the diversified teachingadvocated today, value and position of the history of chemistry is paid moreattention to gradually. And according to the requirements of the newcurriculum reform, it is infiltrated into chemistry teaching gradually. How toexert the education of chemistry history value and function requirement is anew problem in chemistry education, especially how to excavate the historyof chemistry material and reasonable teaching is the key issue in practice.Therefore, The clear understanding and awareness of the history ofchemistry course in senior high school chemistry education function andputting forward relevant measures are not only a concrete implementation ofthe new curriculum requirements, but also enhance the effective way of thescientific literacy of students, which are conducive to the realization of thegoal of teaching reform of chemistry. Based on the method of questionnaire,interview and so on, this paper studies the relevant research of the history ofchemistry and the investigation of the second middle school in Erdos City.The content is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly introduces the background and meaning of thisresearch. It reviewed the research results at home and abroad and introducedthe related research methods.The second chapter is an overview of the basic theory part. This partdemonstrates the feasibility of Chemistry History Teaching in senior highpermeability mainly from three theoretical dimensions and analyses thevalue of Chemistry History Teaching in high school from three aspects.The third chapter is an empirical study. Through the investigation ofthe second middle school teachers and students in Erdos City, I found some problems existing in the current chemistry history teaching in highschool in the city, and further analyzed and discussed the causes of theproblems.The fourth chapter is the countermeasure part, which put forward thestrategies in the history of Chemistry Teaching in senior high school. Itmainly includes four aspects: First, how teachers use different teachingstrategies. Second, it is about teaching patterns. And the third is the teachingcontent. Finally, it is about the way of the education.The fifth chapter is the demonstration part of results. By comparing theexperimental class and the control class, I found that the relevant strategyproposed in this paper has certain effect in practice. Students have obviousimprovement in learning interest, scientific literacy and learningperformance and so on.Finally the chapter summarized the research. Practice has proved thatthe content of chemistry history in senior middle school by the relevantteaching strategies which mobilizes the enthusiasm of the students to learnchemistry, cultivates their sentiments and broadens the horizons ofstudents.Students’ achievement and ability to solve practical problems havebeen raised, and it also enhances the scientific literacy of students.
