Students in the university period after the professional knowledge,ideological quality baptism and after further studies, can be said to be ahigher level talents resource market. However, in recent years has been"difficult employment problem plagued by","graduation meansunemployment" has it is often seen., and the university enrollment today,this situation is gradually rising trend. So, the problem of employmentofcollege students in recent years has become a hot topic of socialconcern."The difficult employment," why so serious, its influence on collegegraduates, more important is the reason of "employment" questions suchas, what are the reasons, public opinions are divergent. Based on theseproblems,, each airs his own views. But has not formed the most perfect,the most authoritative, the theoretical guidance for the academic theoryand improvement of the overall problem. Therefore, the problem is stillserious. In this paper, I take Inner Mongolia Chifeng University as studycase, through investigation, questionnaire, survey research concrete data,collect the related academic data and so on, and have many yearsexperience of employment guidance in Colleges and universities,"difficultemployment" problems have deeper, more practical, more specific view.In general,"the formation of the employment difficult" problem is not ashort duration of time, it formed a diversified, roughly divided intopersonal factors, higher education institutional factors, social factors inthree aspects, and in every aspect and contains a number of small causesspecific, because the days and months multiplying these small problems,forms the now the "employment difficult" situation."Employment is the people’s livelihood" said not bad, employmentquality affects directly the lifelong personal development, affect a familyand even affect the generation. The employment situation, the trend ofbalance directly affects the reasonable docking, human resources social stability and development and is a national, high-speed, rapid, steadydevelopment. So, to improve the "employment" measures of the priorityamong priorities of all these problems, but in this article also follow thispoint of view, in an efficient, practical, a full range of "measures" as theresearch focus, puts forward some feasible suggestions to improve theproblem. Including improve their comprehensive quality, improve theeducation system, increase social support of three parts, wherein, each partalso comprises a plurality of specific improvement measures, strive for theobjective factors from the subjective factor, individual schools and socialall aspects into consideration,"difficult employment" problem of the mostcomprehensive, objective feasibility measures."Employment is related to national development and people’swell-being of the event", this is the2012"NPC and CPPCC" proposed byPremier Wen Jiabao, in the government work report views, namely,chastity and profound meaning, but also reflect the attaches greatimportance to the current employment situation grim and state.
