This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the high school geography teachingactivities and the implementation of the strategy. In order to adapt to the needs of thedevelopment of society, our country new curriculum reform put forward to cultivate students’ability of autonomous learning, improve student participation in practice. Take the student asthe main body, therefore, to cultivate students’ autonomy, cooperation and inquisition abilityas the goal, to students’ active participation and cooperation with more attention paid to theinteractive activities as the main form of teaching. In this paper, on the basis of the existentresearch findings, combined with their own geography teaching practice, the problemsexisting in the teaching of high school geography activity analysis system, andimplementation strategies. The full text is divided into five parts:The first part: introductionThis part summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation of the geography teachingactivities, and elaborated this topic research methods, the shortage of the existing research,and carried out the research of theoretical and practical significance.The second part: the definition and theoretical basisThis part expounds the connotation of geography teaching activities, and further analysis ofthe geographical teaching theory, the constructivism theory, teaching process optimizationtheory, theory of psychology of humanism theory is its main support.The third part: high school geography teaching present situation investigation and analysis ofthe activities are performedThe part of teachers and students in high school geography classroom activities relatedteaching of interview and questionnaire survey, concluded the problems universally existingin the high school geography classroom teaching and analyze the reasons.The fourth part: high school geography teaching activities of the implementation of thestrategyThis part in view of the first part of the survey reflects the problems, put forwardcorresponding feasible teaching strategies, is the core part of this articleThe fifth part: high school geography teaching design showThis part put forward the teaching strategy to includes compulsory secondly, carrier, selectedthe population distribution and reasonable capacity of the industrial production and geographical environment two teaching practice have been carried out to verify the content.ConclusionActivities based on the study of high school geography teaching and the problems of strategy,strive to advanced education teaching theory combined with the high school geographyteaching practice, change the way students learn, so that the students in the autonomy,cooperation, explore to improve autonomous learning ability and practice ability.Hope this article to improve the teaching quality of geography education, has a certain value.
