There has been some research shows that the relationship betweenteachers and students and student’s academic achievement, self-concept,self-development, social adaptation, emotion and behavior and personalitywere closely. It is an important one of interpersonal relationship whatinfluences the healthy growth of students. Good relationship between teachersand students to the student and the teacher and the school is very important.More and more scholars realized the importance of relationship betweenteachers and students to the student. The second year students living be placedin “psychological weaning period”, self-consciousness enhancement, don’tobey the discipline with the teacher; it is difficult to establish goodrelationship between teachers and students. This problem is affected by manyscholars attention, but the relative lack of empirical research in teachingacademic and psychological science. At present, the group psychologicalcounseling as a kind of effective education and psychological treatmentactivity, more and more applied to school education. It throughintercommunication in the group, promote the individual relationshipthrough the observation, study, experience, know self, explore self, acceptself, understanding others, adjust and improve relationships with other people,learning new attitude and behavior, and develop good adaptability.This study tries to interpose the relationship between teachers andstudents of the second year by group counseling. The second year students ina middle school of Zhengzhou city as the subjects, set an experimental groupand a control group, explore the intervention effect of group counselingactivity plan to the relationship between teachers and students of the secondyear students. The results show:1、Group counseling as the psychological consultation form, has a goodeffect to improve the second year students’ relationship between teachers andstudents level. But because of the improvement of the activity theme, activity plan varies.2、The group counseling activities as "improve the teacher-studentrelationship" as the most important and the main purpose of can effectivelyimprove the overall level of teacher-student relationship. The groupcounseling activities as the theme of "Emotional use and management" canreduce the level of teacher-student relationship conflict, improve the level ofteacher-student relationship to some extent.3、There are differences between boys and girls of the intervention effecton this group counseling activities on the level of the relationship betweenteachers and students. Performance in overall, group counseling activities canmore improve the boys’ negative relationship between teachers and students,and for the girl speaking, the positive relationship between teachers andstudents and improve the effect is more apparent.
