Exploration And Thinking About The Leadership Of Group Psychological Counseling For High School Students

With the deepening of the domestic and foreign scholars leadership research, people found that leadership is not only the leader’s quality, but the ability to each individual may have. The cultivation of contemporary high school students a sense of social responsibility, improve the ability to fulfill its responsibility, ability to use the knowledge to solve social problems, and organization and management ability, this is the need to call and social era, complies with the development trend of education the responsibility, more students into need long talent.However, study on the leadership of group psychological counseling of high school students and relevant empirical studies are quite scarce. But there is a close interaction, the ability to solve practical problems, to deal with the acquisition of skills, ease the pressure on the group counseling group members, and leadership development has a certain degree of fit, is a suitable way of school leadership. At the same time, high school students understanding of the self, others for their approval, interpersonal needs, but also to let the group counseling as one of their important way of psychological development. Therefore, we conducted two studies are as follows:The research, based on the literature analysis, according to the empirical study of the theory research and the existing before, according to the elements of leadership ability of high school students, making the group counseling curriculum leadership of senior high school students of the scheme. Recruited volunteers in the city of Shanghai Fengxian high school sophomore year after screening, interview, the experimental group was 10 times of group psychological counseling. The study found that, the important basic leadership group psychological counseling of high school students is a good community atmosphere, in the project design to practice part, the way of evaluation suggest select subjective report method, can understand the true idea of members.based on the study result, using the revised domestic "youth leadership skills questionnaire" to an experimental group and control group before and after testing, data were analyzed by spss19.0 software, found that the group counseling for high school student leadership "decision making", "teamwork", "leadership" has significant to improve.Finally, from the research method and design perspective on the lack of this study, put forward the idea of future research, and the study of the theory and the practice significance were discussed.
