Kindergarten teacher is the main body of kindergarten, is the leadingforce of conducting conservation, education and realizing the educational goal.Teachers management plays center management leadership in kindergarten,also, in relation to the modern kindergarten whether can sustainabledevelopment. So, Kindergarten only improve teachers management qualitysteadily, provide high quality service for parents and society, to really dopromote the all-round development of children, receive the recognition of theparents, can really survival and development.In recent years, kindergarten construction in wuhai city of InnerMongolia autonomous region has made some achievements. Firstly, theopening of the rate improve gradually, the number of children in more, makemore children can accept kindergarten education, and becoming thepre-school education a main position; Secondly, the kindergarten conditionsimprove gradually, kindergarten level are relatively good, and form a group ofprofessional teachers and management team gradually. Lastly, created andformed a batch of demonstrative window of kindergartens. For other schools’development and improvement played a demonstration and radiation effect.But it is undeniable that there is also some problems still exist in this area’sconstruction of kindergarten, those prevent its own development, also hard toplay its impetus of the development of the rural children education role well.This study through the research kindergarten teachers management presentsituation and the existing problems of Haibowan district in Wuhai city and putforward to the existing problem, hoping can improve pertinence opinion cityto all the kindergarten teacher management levels in Wuhai, and providereference kindergarten experience for other regions.This study puts questionnaire to15kindergartens headmaster and someteachers of Haibowan district in Wuhai city. And takes interview to a directorof education bureau in Wuhai city,2directors and1officer Haibowan education sports bureau,10kindergarten headmasters. Using literaturemethod, questionnaires and interviews survey method in the process ofresearch. Through the questionnaire survey to205teachers get relevantquantitative data, analyze and sum up the general conclusion, coupled withthe interview record, get the region of the present situation of the kindergartenteacher management comprehensively, the implementation of analysis on thedata of reason, get the real and reliable information.This study in analysis management theory and practice research, foreignkindergarten teachers management theory and practice and domestickindergarten teacher management theory and practice on the basis of theresearch, by taking kindergarten teachers management work Haibowandistrict in Wuhai city as an example, combining with the informationcollected in this region, to the introduce the the general situation ofkindergarten teachers management. First of all, to describe the actual situationof this area and the development of pre-school education in recent years.Secondly, according to the available data with questionnaire survey andinterview to investigate the results to make a system feedback, and reveals theproblem of existence in the indergarten teachers’ management Haibowandistrict. Investigate its reason is that: the kindergarten teacher managementconstruction and development funds is inadequacy; Management power isweak, the kindergarten teachers construction of poor; The kindergartenteacher management system construction is not sound; Kindergarten teachergrowth conditions are deficient.Finally, In view of the problems of kindergarten teachers managementand the existing in the construction Haibowan district in Wuhai city, theauthor draws on some management theory and pedagogy, psychologyknowledge, from the other regions of China in the kindergarten teachersmanagement experience. And from this area actual situation, put forward tothe countermeasures and suggestion of raising the teachers management andconstruction Haibowan district in Wuhai city.
