The novel teaching is an important part of Chinese teaching in highschool, it is of great significance to enhance students’ aesthetic taste andappreciation level. Unfortunately, the author is very worrying about thepresent situation of novel teaching in Wuhai No.10middle school.Specific performance: the students like "read" novels but hate "learn"novels; the novel teaching of many teachers become a kind of formality,but it lacks the meaning of the novel. Why doesn’t the novel teachingattract students? What are the exact problems about Primary schoolreading teaching? How to improve? With these thoughts, the authorwill research on novel teaching problem in Wuhai No.10middle school,and put forward some specific solutions to these problems.This paper consists of three parts. They are introduction, body andconclusion. The introduction mainly introduces the research significanceof the topic, the research situation at home and abroad and the researchmethod. The text is divided into three parts. The first part discusses theexisting problems in the novel teaching in Wuhai No.10middleschool.Through the specific questionnaire investigation about novelteaching in Wuhai NO.10middle school, the author will find out the existing problems about novel teaching in Wuhai No.10middleschool.The second part is about the reasons of the novel teachingproblems in Wuhai NO.10middle school:(a) The novel teachingmethods lack innovation;(two) Novel theory knowledge of teachers islagging, and they are eager to gain quick success;(Three) The studentsface the entrance pressure, and reading can not keep up.The third part isabout the solutions about novel teaching problems in Wuhai No.10middle school:(a) interpretation of the high school language newcurriculum standard theory of teaching reading novels;(two) e shouldintroduce the theories of reception aesthetics and narrative theory, whichcan enhance the professional level of teachers;(three) we shouldintroduce a variety of novel teaching mode, and promote the novelteaching;(four) we should introduce modern teaching means, andimprove the novel teaching;(five) we should introduce the writingtraining, and extend the novel teaching.
