Education is fundamental, and an important source of national prosperity.Ttalent education, especially primary education,is a new era of education research. Students' personality completly and personality fully developed, is not only important content of education, but also is the world's countries education modernization of important goals and common trends. Pupils'self management training issues also lack systemly in-depth research, particularly for rural students self management.Thus,how to cultivate elementary school student self-management skills in rural areas of Wuhai City, need further study both in theory and practice.This article is divided into four parts:the first part is how to define the pupils'self management skills, and conceptual clarification, then give an analysis of the underlying point, so that analysis study on the basis of the significance of the topic research in theory and practice. The second part is the practical significance of pupils self-managing capabilities.mainly from several aspects for the elaboration and analysis,and broadly outlines the pupils themselves, society, school in trinity.So paying attention to self-management of rural primary school student in wuhai city is important and has a long way to go. The third part is rural pupils self-management capacity issues and causes in wuhai city:1. rural poor pupils' awareness of self-constraint;2. rural school psychology, character flawed; 3. rural primary mental, emotional obstacles;4. rural school life, and world view of distortion. Analysis of Genesis:1. analysis from the students' personal;2. from the family side analysis; 3. from the school management to analyze; 4. from the Government and the social context analysis. Serious analysis,and mining out question, find the solution. The fourth part is focusing on strengthening rural pupils in wuhai city self-management competence of countermeasures,after understanded the main causes of these:(1) the pupils a sense of self management;(2) strengthen the capacity of the pupils' self management;(3) people-oriented, educational student self-management; (4) implementation of the family, school and social harmony of three, and finally completed the rural pupils'ability of self management in Wuhai City.
