After decades of reform and development in China, remarkable progresses have beenmade in medium-level occupational education. Particularly, the deepening of reform andopening up provides further development opportunities. Meanwhile, the labor market raiseseven higher requirements for the quality of personnel. Currently in China, we adopt a “2+1”model of personnel training in nursing subject, combing the learning and teaching with work.However, in reality, as we need to face patients, a special group of people, it is difficult tointegrate the learning, teaching and work. Hence, it is the direction for the occupationalschools to explore a new model of training.On the basis of literature review, questionnaires, interviews, and statistical analysis, thispaper conducts an empirical study on the background, implementation process, progressesand problems of “Trinity Personnel Training Model” created in nursing subject in WeifangPublic Health Institute. The Model, based on the idea of combining the work and learning,and cooperation between schools and hospitals, integrates the schools, the hospitals and thesociety with the principle of “oriented by the social demand, educated comprehensively inschools, and quality education as the priority”. The paper also pinpoints the reasons andproposes the solutions to the problems so as to guide the further reform in personnel training.The introduction firstly discusses the purpose and significance of the topic, based on theinterpretation of the "connotation and operation process of the training mode of three yuan"personnel and the training mode of the current domestic and international vocational talentscomprehensively, in order to understand the implementation of the dynamic and the basicsituation of the education field, finally a detailed description of the contents of this paper andresearch methods.The thesis consists of three chapters.The first chapter "the implementation of training mode of three yuan" talent. First,through the questionnaire survey method, from the society, the enterprise (hospital) carriedout a full range of the background of the implementation model of the cultivation ofinnovative talents and the student three aspects. On this basis, the three element type talentstraining implementation process model are discussed in detail. The second chapter interviews with hospital nurse, school teachers, students, summed upthe implementation of three yuan of talent training mode on the achievements, problems andcauses.The third chapter from the unity of thinking, put forward the training mode of nursingthree yuan personnel recommendations to further strengthen cooperation school, hospital,social three mutually beneficial.The content and results of the thesis are summarized in the conclusion. Pointed out,personnel training is vital to the survival and development of every work in secondaryvocational schools, to study the main factors of training talents in secondary occupationeducation in the new period and pattern, enriches the connotation and extension of thesecondary occupation education, has ten important reference and guidance significance to thesecondary occupation education personnel training.
