Modern sports training has a very rich content, its development presents many problems to be solved for the sports scientific research personnel, the urgent need to make extensive use of modern sports practice, build the three-dimensional theory system of training, improve the scientific level of physical training, it is urgent and inevitable trend of development of modern sports.The fast strength training is the core concept of modern strength training, the actual use of modern methods of strength training in sports is an important topic in today’s society development, combined with the special characteristics and requirements, and then the scientific design of special power load arrangement, guide the special strength training quickly, effectively improve the training efficiency and effect, further enrich and fast strength training theory, provide guidance for the fast strength training practice.The effect of practice on jump to the fast strength, the experimental study and theoretical analysis. Systematic research mainly using the method of literature, experiment, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and other research methods. This paper takes Xi’an Physical Education University2011physical education40students (all boys) jump as the object of study,40subjects were divided into experimental group and control group each20, the results of the test group p>0.05, there was no significant difference between the groups, in the course of the experiment, the control group using the general content of training, the experimental group used the fast strength training method, each training load control of roughly the same, other training content completely consistent. In the experimental group the scientific use of stride jump over obstacles, hop over obstacles, straight knee deep, deep jump, jump frame and other means of training, different training methods of training, the size of load alternating experiment.8weeks after training, to test5indexes reflecting the long jump athletes fast strength, and vertical and horizontal comparison groups, between groups, data statistics and analysis of experimental results, draw the following conclusion.Fast strength training methods is scientific, effective. Through8weeks of training, the experimental group and the control group in30m,60m, standing long jump, jump, jump1minutes times and long jump performance indexes are increasing, the traditional strength training methods, their growth rates were:there were no significant differences between the1.10%,0.80%,0.70%,2.30%,4.80%and3.1%indicators; the fast strength training methods, their growth rates were:7.53%,3.40%, 8.19%,4.93%,9.52%and5.5%indexes have significant difference. So choose the relative concentration and long jump athlete special strength training approach, with rapid force of long jump competition action requirements of practice, will be the effect of power training effectively into the improvement of specific performance.The overall and balanced4.1.1attention to the fast strength training. Through the analysis of the experimental group contrast, foundation stage and improving stage after training in30m,60m, standing long jump, jump, jump1minutes times and long jump performance indexes are increasing, the foundation stage growth rates were: there were no significant differences between the0.81%,0.53%,0.69%,0.33%,3.17%indicators; improving stage growth rates were:6.56%,2.51%,2.41%,5.22%,6.15%indexes have significant difference. Increase the quantity of obstacles1-4in the improve phase is one of the most significant obstacle height is increased,10cm-40cm, through experiment, we draw the conclusion: the right to increase the quantity of obstacles, improve the obstacle height, can greatly improve the subjects long jump.In the fast strength training should use special practice is closely related with the long jump event. Like a hop, skip practice exercises, depth jump jump jump and hurdle, deep with exercises, the exercise of muscle structure and working methods as close as possible to the game action.
