The Selection And Cultivation Mechanisms Of Student Cadres In Universities Post-90S

Student cadres are a special group of people in universities who take active part in various organizations, such as the Party group, youth league organization, student union and the class. They are not only excellent students, but also teachers’ man Friday. They connect teachers and students so well that they are indispensable in the management of colleges. With the post-90s stepping into the campus, they gradually become the main part it, it is important to find out whether the current selection and cultivation system is attractive and suitable for them to fully develop their personality.However, there are not many researches about the above issue; most of the researches concern with the administration of the student cadres, and they seldom study the selection, assignment and cultivation system of the post-90s student cadres. As a result, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to construct the selection, assignment and cultivation system which deals with the post-90s generation.Based on the Chinese traditional thought "select those having both ability and political integrity", sociality and times of the personnel, and the policy documents announced by the Party and the country, this dissertation starts with the positive results of the existing system of student cadres’ selection and cultivation, problems and reasons.
