| With the deepening of Chinas reform and opening up and the development ofsocial economic, migrant workers are gradually becoming important parts of Chinasindustrial workers. So the education of migrant children in the large andmedium-sized cities is a new problem. In recent years, with the continuousimprovement of national policies, migrant children have entered the public schools,whose education quality becomes a new topic of education research. In this paper,we take Shanghai DZ Middle School, which is a public one, as an example. With theincrease in the number of migrant children; it brings new education and teachingresearch topics to the teachers. Behaviors and habits in moral education is one of themeasures of the quality of school education. As the particularity of migrant children,behaviors and habits education becomes an important and difficult work in schooleducation.In view of this, the author takes some of the migrant children as study objects,formulating three sets of questionnaires, which respectively aim at teachers,students and parents, to find out the students’ family situation, their performanceand their family education. Besides, the author conducts interviews of teachers,students and parents, using case and literature research at the same time. The surveyfinds out there exists a relationship between migrant children of bad habits and theirfamily, school and society. The author describes the basic situation of migrantchildren’s habits according to the statistics and analysis, and put forward the entrypoint of formative education.The author hopes through this study, we can improve the quality of education ofmigrant children’s habits, to help migrant children grow up healthy and sound;explore equal teaching methods to meet their special needs, and develop rules andregulations to suit the situation. The faculty in school should become moraleducators, infiltrating habits education in the day-to-day work. In order to improvethe quality of family education, we should arouse migrant parents’ awareness,establishing a joint force of home-school co-operation. Since more and more public schools accept migrant children, through the survey of migrant children’s habits, theauthor tends to explore new methods and new ideas to develop moral educations. |
