In recent years,with a constant development of Chinese economy and private enterprises continuously coming on the scene,urbanization has stepped into a stage of rapid advancement.Solving education problems of migrant workers' children who follow their parent to the big city,is not only an equalization requirement of education services in China,but also a need for contemporary society to develop a harmonious and stable social circumstance.In many cases,children of migrant workers have to withstand a huge pressure from family while surviving in a completely strange environment,how to help them to better adapt to school life and to develop good study habits are necessary for urban primary and secondary school administrators and teachers.Therefore,in order to provide education administrators with concrete training strategies and theoretical basis for improving the study habits of rural migrant workers,the researchers conducted an empirical study of the learning habits of the migrant workers in Changsha.based on literature reviews,relevant concepts and previous researches,the study selected 8 schools that concentrated most migrant children in Yuelu District,Changsha City,and conducted questionnaire surveys among students,teachers,and parents from grades 3 to grades 6.There were 576 questionnaires distributed,in which548 valid questionnaires were recovered.based on collected data,the quality of the scale of primary school students' study habits compiled in this study was excellent,with good reliability and validity,suitable for further research,statistical analysis found that study habits of children of rural migrant workers were significantly worse than those of local students in the same grade.The specific manifestations were the lack of pre-class preparation,poor concentration during lessons,and terrible study habits after class.The factors affecting the learning habits of migrant workers' relocating children include the mobility of the relocating children and the lack of scientific guidance methods for parents.There are also schools and teachers who have not paid enough attention to the study,and the measures taken are not well-targeted and active.Insufficient communication,etc.Therefore,the training and correction of the learning habits of the relocated children requires the joint efforts of schools,teachers and parents.For example,strengthen communication and cooperation between schools andfamilies through parents' meetings,home visits,telephone contact,home-school interaction platforms,etc.,transfer family education knowledge and ways of guiding family education,and establish a harmonious home-school cooperation relationship,etc.
