Educational practice has showed its importance in application ability training intwenty-first century. The national medium and long term plan for educational reformand development provides a good opportunity for the development of preschooleducation in China. And Chongqing government has also put the development outline inforce accordingly. Preschool education is an important part of basic education, andqualified teachers are the premise of improving the quality of preschool education andthe development of preschool education. As a key link of the kindergarten teacherpre-service education, educational practice of preschool majors plays an important rolefor improving the preschool students’ practical skills and promoting the student’svocational career development. Therefore, how to improve the undergraduate interns’results has become one of the important subjects in the study of preschool teachers.Through relevant theoretical research domestic and abroad, this paper is based onthe theories of learning community, teacher development and reflective practice stage.And it adopts the methods of questionnaire, interviews and other research methods inChongqing preschool education specialized student status for investigations. Theinvestigation demonstrates that the purpose of education is not clear; practice mode isconfined to the mode of applied science; the process of educational practice lackseffective instructions; the education practice time arrangement is not reasonable and theevaluation of educational practice has defects. Based on the investigation, this researchembarks from the actual situation of preschool education and uses relevant theory toanalyze and then puts forward the following countermeasures: firstly, make theeducation practice targets clear, and offer reasonable curricula based on the majors;secondly, optimize the mode of education practice and make scientific and rationalarrangement of practice time; thirdly, improve the education practice evaluationmechanism, increase the efficiency of the instructor’s guidance and form the trinity tocultivate the students’ learning community. It provides reference for preschoolprofessional education practice, and thus improves it.
