The academy as a unique organizational form of teaching, during the development of several thousand years of Chinese feudal has played a unique role in education. Academy in the process of growth, formed its unique management mode, with all previous dynasties dynasty ruling class for its policy change and the rise and fall several times. In liaodong area of education, culture and political stability are all play a role.This paper elaborates the is divided into three parts:The first part of the construction and development of the academy of the Ming dynasty in liaodong area.
