It is known that the appearance of inefficient, ineffective and even negativebehavior in the primary and middle school classroom teaching, what is a majordisease long plagued in the development of chinas elementary education. Similarly,the science course in Shanghai junior high school what is arise at the historicmoment under the background of the2period curriculum reform, is existing thesame problem with teaching effectiveness. By theory research and practical teachingin the bidirectional construction, the experimental inquiry activities as the mainteaching method, to improve the effectiveness of Science teaching as the ultimategoal, make the feasibility study on experiment teaching of effective strategies.In this thesis, by the teaching experiment with the experimental group and thecontrol group for4school years, after discussion of the experiment results thefollowing conclusions are reached:1) Building up the validity index in experimentinquiry teaching according to the Science Education Requirements.2) Through thepractical research and analysis with the inquiry activity factors, to form the integratedand qualitative evaluation system of validity index.3) Meanwhile using the methodof questionnaire survey, observation and summarizing and analyzing the domesticand foreign study situation in the teaching experiment of inquiry with the researchmethod of literature study and with the support of the basic education theory, theresearch concludes the effectiveness strategies of the science experiment inquiryactivity both with scientific character and practicability character.4) In the practicalteaching study of the effectiveness of strategy, through the statistics of educationexperimental data of the test results by the evaluation index system, it shows the strategy of science experiment inquiry activity can effectively improve the studentslearning interest and enthusiasm, as well as the students academic record andexperimental inquiry ability. It’s truly a significant guidance for the practical teachingprocess, although the students application of transfer capability is not obvious.Due to the limitation of the time, space and object in the experiment, there areexisting many problems. Consequently, still require further research on the practicalteaching to prove the validity of the study conclusions.
