The development of Chinese students' core accomplishment is an important measure to carry out the fundamental task of creating people by virtue,is the implementation of the Party's educational policy specific education and teaching practice,Also adapts the world education reform development tendency,the urgent need to enhance the international competitiveness of our education.State educational institutions have been concerned about the ideological and moral education of secondary school students,On the one hand,the concept of moral education into the study of various disciplines,On the other hand,a special "Ethics and Rule of Law" course set up to help middle school students develop correct moral values,to develop the necessary qualities and key abilities to meet the needs of lifelong development and social development,To educate young people about morality and the rule of law,Not only does it affect students' personal growth and success,More will affect the overall quality of the country.This research from the multimedia teaching material related concepts and application value and so on aspect to analyze and define the application of multimedia teaching material in moral and rule of law.It mainly adopts the methods of literature research,interview,observation,analysis,etc.To study the present situation of multimedia teaching materials in the classroom teaching of "Morality and Rule of Law" in junior high school,From which we find problems,For example,the teacher's choice of teaching material is divorced from the teaching goal of "morality and rule of law" in junior high school,Teachers can not effectively use multimedia teaching materials to create teaching situations.The method of applying multimedia teaching materials to teachers fails to embody teaching according to their aptitude.According to the problems in the application of multimedia teaching materials,From teacher education and teaching idea,Teachers' Choice of Multimedia Teaching Materials,Teachers' ability to optimize the combination of multimedia teaching materials,The application of multimedia materials by teachers is analyzes and discusses the specific reasons for the problems of teachers' application of multimedia teaching materials in "Morality and Rule of Law".And aiming at the main problems in the application of the multimedia teaching material in the moral and rule of law course of junior high school,From the Change of Teacher's Teaching Idea,To formulate the selection criteria for multimedia teaching materials,Improve teachers' multimedia material application skills,Construction of accurate multimedia teaching materials classroom application methods and other aspects of targeted education advice,In order to give inspiration and reference to the selection,implementation and application of the multimedia teaching material of the moral and rule of law course in junior high school.
