Research On Curriculum Design Of Undergraduate Primary Education Major In Local University

The teacher education of our country is undergoing profound changes，it’s focusgradually shift. In this background，the primary education major emerges. However，because the primary education major appears recently，the exploration on the nature，training objectives，curriculum construction，curriculum implementation is still at theinquiry and trial stage. The core of the specialty development is curriculumconstruction. In order to adapt to social development needs，the arduous task beforeus is to build a new curriculum program of primary education major.This paper is divided into five parts，focusing on the curriculum development ofprimary education major. The first part is introduction， the fifth part isconclusion.The first part briefly introduces the origin，literature review，significanceand method of the research. The fifth part briefly summarizes the deficiencies of thisstudy and the direction for further study. After reviewing the historical developmentof primary education major，the second part interprets the background of primaryeducation major curriculum design，points out the challenges. This part lays thetheoretical foundation for the study of primary education major curriculum design.The third and fourth parts are the central contents of this paper. Taking six localuniversities for example，these parts make a detailed analysis on the currentsituations and existing problems of primary education major curriculum design，consider various factors of the major curriculum design. Based on the analysis，thispaper puts forward the scheme of curriculum design.This paper not only puts forward feasible curriculum system，but also analyzethe needs of primary education major curriculum design. It may be helpful to thedevelopment of primary education major.
