The Research Of The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of The PE Teacher Further Education In Key University Of Beijing

The development of times brings new challenge to school physical education,urgently demanding a new faculty of high -quality and self-developing teachers.Further education is an effective way of professional mature for PE teachers.In recent years,the further education of PE teachers in the university has further development,while there are many problems.By using questionnaire and interviewing investigation method,this paper makes a sample survey on the subject of the PE teachers’ development of further education in key university of Beijing.According to the present situation,some suggestions of reinforcing the further education are put forward.The conclusions are as follows:1.The PE teachers of the key university in Beijing mostly graduated from sport university,have received the specia]ly training and have got lots of experience in the long time teaching work.Their composition of ages is relatively reasonable.2.The PE teachers’ educational background and professional title in the key university of Beijing are unreasonable,and also their application level of modern education skill and foreign language are low. They must participate in further education to improve.3.The PE teachers of the key university in Beijing have realized the necessity of the further education,but most of them know little about the relative policies.Now a lot of PE teachers participate in further education for improving their educational background and gaining honor.4.There are many ways in which the PE teachers of the key university in Beijing participate in the further education.Now the PE teachers of the key university in Beijing mainly go to university to receive further education. 5.Now the main factors that affect the PE teachers’ participation in further education are school leaders’ attitude and training fee;the main factors that affect the effect of the further education are the imperfect education system and improper training content.6.We can reinforce the further education of the PE teachers of the key university in Beijing by changing the PE teachers teaching ideas, setting up a specialized department,establishing an organizational management system,reforming the management mode and so on.
