N university student work, since1995to today has been nearly20years. Twenty years of evaluation work has made some achievements, but there is no denying that change over time, the current student also has exposed many questions.This article mainly aims at the students of N university assessment work has carried on the practice of investigation and analysis, the author first in reading and combed the basis, a lot of technical literature sources of this research subject, research significance, and related research status at home and abroad are expounded. Secondly through questionnaire to students and combined with interviews to the teachers, students and teaching supervisor, the problems existing in the current appraisal index of N university, feedback mechanism and assessment of student appraisal of teaching way and so on several aspects has carried on the thorough analysis, on this basis the author improve current of N university student appraisal indicators. Finally according to the implementation of N university’s student system put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.This research is mainly in view of the current students of N university an optimization research of evaluation index system, has a certain theoretical significance and practical value. Hope can make through this study of N university student can really realize their work to improve teachers’ professional quality and the teaching quality of the original intention and purpose.
