Research On The Case Of Project Management Planning About Yin He Yi Hai Tian Yue Wan Engineering In Yan-tai

With the rapid development of economic and continuous improvement of technological level, engineering development more and more toward the large scale, multi-functional, high-rise and underground position. Not only the difficulty of construction enterprises increases, but also the higher and updated level of management needed. Moreover, with accession to WTO of China, the international participate in the competitive of Chinese construction market, this will bring tremendous business pressures and challenges to the construction enterprises, will also increase competition in the construction market. The project management planning is one of the means to response to the changes of the competitive environment and the urgent need to improve the level of enterprise project management. Project management plan will affect the goals of project management directly, thereby affecting the economic benefits of construction enterprises. Therefore, a sound project management planning system plays an important role for improving the management and enhances its core competitiveness of construction enterprises.However, while the importance of project management has gradually been recognized and detailed project management plan was started before the development of some large projects, but the management planning of these projects are mainly from the perspective of the owners or developers, it was also less entirely from the perspective of the contractor. Therefore, this thesis discuss the related theories of the project management planning combine with the high-end residential projects Yantai Galaxy Yihai ? Tianyue Bay, and the meaning of project management planning, the principle of the preparation, content and preparation process were proposed from the perspective of the contractor innovatively. This formed a system of project management planning program, and can be used as a programmatic document guiding the project implementation.The organization optimization measures of the project were discussed in the project implementation process. Contract responsibility system within the project was proposed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of project management staff in the respect of project management team building, a strong management team was formatted by constructing a smooth communication channel. With people management ideas, ways and means to optimize the management in the respect of labor management, re-shaping the relationship between the project managers and construction workers. By strengthening communication and coordination management in the respect of the project management whole process, a harmonious work environment was created.To achieve the project management goals is the ultimate goal of the project management. This thesis analyzes optimal relation of three management objectives of quality, duration and cost, combined with the characteristics of the projects Yantai Galaxy Yihai ? Tianyue Bay, to put forward specific optimization measures separately from the organization management and technology.In the end, combined with the implementation effect of the project management planning, this thesis summarizes and analyzes the implementation process and problems should be concerned about of project management planning, put forward the conditions of a qualified project management planning.
