The purpose of this article is to refer to the successful method of businessmanagement, consider with the current situation of Shanghai CC Tech. Co., wechoose the suitable management tools to make the research of the R&D projectmanagement. We want to establish a new management system of R&D projects forShanghai CC Tech. Co.-based on lean thinking, make the use of QFD, FMEA andother Six Sigma tools to establish the management system of R&D process for smalland medium enterprises in China.First, this article will study the lean and Six Sigma methods, then study thesimilarities and differences between the two points. And explore their effectivecombination the possibility for enterprise management.Then analyze the characteristics and the management situation of Shanghai CCTech. Co., and then we give the model of Lean Six Sigma for the R&D projectmanagement of Shanghai CC Tech. Co.. And select the appropriate management toolsused in the management process.Finally, the model of DFSS was applied to the development project of FIBEROPTIC CURRENT SENSORS in Shanghai CC Tech. Co., and some successful resultswere achieved. And according the application of this model, some advice about howto use Lean Six Sigma in the small and medium enterprises was given.This article is summarized for the total practice process and can be taken as auseful reference on the similar application cases.
