Co., and then we give the model of Lean Six Sigma for the R&D projectmanagement of Shanghai CC Tech. Co.. And select the appropriate management toolsused in the management process.Finally, the model of DFSS was applied to the development project of FIBEROPTIC CURRENT SENSORS in Shanghai CC Tech. Co., and some successful resultswere achieved.
