Research On Relationship Between TQM And Enterprise Innovation

At present, under globalization, information and uncertainty characteristics of dynamicand complex environment, enterprises are facing an unprecedented fierce competition.Innovation, as a necessary condition for the survival and development, is the main source ofknowledge creation and technology diffusion, but also an important means to improvecompetitiveness. Total Quality Management (TQM), as a systematic refinement ofmanagement, is to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and a powerful ideologicalweapon for achieving sustainable development. The support relations between TQM andbusiness innovation seems very credible in the concept, however, from the current view offoreign literature, there is almost no empirical evidence that this. An urgent need is conductedin-depth study of the relationship between TQM and business innovation under thebackground of enterprise innovation, which has become a mainstream.Therefore, this article using a literature study, questionnaires, statistical analysis, factoranalysis, regression analysis and path analysis through the intermediate variables ofinnovation climate and quality culture to build the initial structure of the conceptualmodel, based on structural equation modeling (SEM), carried out empirical research on therelationship between TQM and business innovation.First, based on in-depth analysis of theliterature summarized each factor measurement items, in order to design the questionnaire;Second, the empirical data obtained through the166enterprise survey and SPASS19.0software as a tool for statistical analysis, using factor analysis, regression analysis, pathanalysis conducted in-depth statistical research; finally concluded as follows:(1)There does not have a direct impact on relationship between corporate TQM implementation and business innovation, also not show directly hindered or inhibited.(2)Corporate TQM implementation contributes to the formation of innovation climateand the strengthening of corporate quality culture.(3)Innovation climate and quality culture are beneficial to enterprise innovation.(4)TQM can have a positive impact on business innovation through intermediaryvariables of innovation climate and quality culture.
