The new-age peasant worker has gradually become the subject of the peasantworker group,and the amount are over100million, their employment problem hasbecome the top priority of our government solving " three agricultural "problem. Exceptthe Household Registration similar to the old-age peasant worker, The new-age peasantworker has obviously different from the old-age peasant worker in many ways。They aregenerally Highly-educated,and have a relatively high degree of recognition to the citythan the rural areas, have stronger demand to the training,so the past training program ofthe sunlight project can not satisfy the needs of this group. And some firms are reluctantto training the new-age peasant worker, the discrimination of the new-age peasantworker in enterprise and society hindering the implementation of structural policies. Atpresent the projects and patterns of the urban public employment service in china aremainly based on the urban residents to design, and are not suited the employmentrequirements of the flow of the new-age peasant worker. so how to improve the qualityof the new-age peasant worker in every aspect,especially in career-oriented knowledgeand skills, has become an important work and task in china at the present time andduring a period in the future。This thesis focuses on the current situation of The new-age peasant worker’s publicemployment training, start with analyzing The new-age peasant worker、the concept ofpublic employment training,review the theories of public employment training homeand abroad. Refering to the successful experience of public employment training indeveloped countries, analysis the training requirements of the new-age peasant workerin our country and the supply of money、management system、working mechanism、performance evaluation in public employment training. pointing out the existingproblems of the new-age peasant worker’s public employment training in China today,and from the strategic height of understanding the improvement of the publicemployment training mechanism, which plays an important part in solving theemployment of the new-age peasant worker. Through consummating the system ofpublic employment training, discover and develop the labor technique and vocationalskills of the new-age peasant worker scientific, standardize and systematic, improvinglaborer quality, turning employment pressure into the motor of economic growth.
